Our Story

When our family first settled into our location in 2007, we had to rely on the same store-bought chicken as everyone else until our own facility was built. The experience was a profound lesson. The commercial chicken lacked flavour and the quality was always inconsistent.

Once we began raising chickens the way we were taught—with care, with patience, and with high-quality feed—the difference was undeniable. Our chickens were "plumper, juicier, and, most importantly, we knew exactly what they were fed and how they were treated."

That personal experience is the foundation of our mission: to provide high-quality, humanely raised, and locally grown chicken that people can trust and enjoy. We built our own provincially inspected facility in 2009 because we knew we had a superior product that other families deserved access to."
