We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, please let us know. While we cannot accept physical returns of our perishable food products for safety reasons, we are 100% committed to making it right.
When to Contact Us
Please contact us immediately if you encounter any of the following issues with your order:
Product Quality Concerns: If any product you receive does not meet your expectations for quality or freshness.
Incorrect Items: If you received an item that you did not order.
Damaged Products: If any product’s packaging was damaged in a way that compromises its safety or quality upon delivery.
Our Commitment to a Fair Solution
To help us resolve your issue quickly, we ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For quality or damage issues, attaching a photo to your email helps us understand the problem and improve our processes.
Once we have verified the issue, we will be happy to offer one of the following solutions:
Store Credit: We can issue a store credit for the full value of the affected product, which you can use on any future order.
Product Replacement: We can add a replacement item to your next scheduled order, free of charge.
Refund: In cases of significant quality issues, we can offer a full refund for the affected product to your original method of payment.
A Note on Perishable Goods
Please understand that as we sell perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality or order accuracy. This includes a customer changing their mind or if a product was not stored correctly (e.g., left out of the refrigerator or freezer) after a successful delivery has been made.
